COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton Cutler Hammer CR463L30AJA14AO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Elco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Embedded-Computer-Solution product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Elco such as the EB38F8P4BR1024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the iMP13Q03W01L000 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 17106172010 by Manufacturer Embedded-Computer-Solution as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has E-mon-D-mon Brand IDR16STRTU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Edmund-Optics such as 56678 equipment made by Edmund-Optics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Edmund-Optics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Edmund-Optics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K3G450AZ3061 made by Ebmpapst as well as the popular 31D295 original spares produced by Elesta-Poselesta-Agie Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LT8024 by Efector and 56678 spares by Edmund-Optics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSI6500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
